1. Are your fragrance samples authentic?

Yes, we only use authentic, genuine fragrances that we purchase directly from retail stores & and authorised resellers. 

We carefully & hygienically decant our perfume samples using medical grade syringes.

Disclaimer: We are not directly affiliated with any of the brands themselves. We simply purchase their perfume, carefully decant it, and then resell it.

2. Where are you based?

Cologne Collection is based in London, the United Kingdom, where it was founded in 2020.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer fast, fully tracked courier shipping to most countries worldwide.

4. Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately, so there will be no cancellations afforded on any purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard.

5. How long does dispatch take? 

Every order is freshly prepared and usually dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, which ensures your fragrance isn’t sitting outside its original bottle for long periods and stays as fresh as possible.

6. Is there tracking for my package?

Yes. You will be notified by email or phone once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

7. Do you offer shipping protection?

Yes, we offer shipping protection insurance. Please see this page for all details regarding insurance and filing a claim.
