We offer comprehensive parcel insurance in the event that your item is lost, damaged or stolen. This means we will send you a new parcel and cover the shipping fee as well.
To activate insurance on your parcel, please be sure to select "Navidium Shipping Protection" in the cart section before completing your order.
Please note, all successful claims are subject to a 15% deductible on the value of their order in the event of damage, loss or theft.
For example, if you file a claim for an order which cost £50, a £7.50 deductible would be charged to cover a new parcel, including shipping.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse excessive and/or unscrupulous requests which lack evidence, and we use 3rd party anti-fraud software to screen and blacklist offenders from our website indefinitely.
Please note, in the event that a customer does not select shipping protection on their order, we reserve the right to refuse any form of indemnify or insurance compensation.
