1. Are your fragrance samples authentic?

Yes, we only use authentic, genuine fragrances that we purchase directly from retail stores & and authorised resellers. 

We carefully & hygienically decant our perfume samples using medical grade syringes.

Disclaimer: We are not directly affiliated with any of the brands themselves. We simply purchase their perfume, carefully decant it, and then resell it.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer fast, fully tracked courier shipping with 2-4 day delivery time frames to most countries worldwide. We also offer a slower and more affordable standard shipping options.

All parcels are fully tracked & are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) from our offices based in London, United Kingdom.

3. Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately, so there will be no cancellations afforded on any purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard.

4. How long does dispatch take? 

All orders are customer made and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

5. Is there tracking for my package?

Yes! You will be notified by email or phone once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

6. Are there customs fees?

There are $0 customs charges for imports up to the value of $800 USD in many countries including the USA, etc. 

For other countries, please research the laws as you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country.  It is the customer's duty to research this before confirming a purchase, as any charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the customer.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Cologne Collection, a return to sender fee & handling fee will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund.

7. Do you offer shipping protection?

Yes, we offer shipping protection insurance. Please see this page for all details regarding insurance and filing a claim.
