Shipping policy

  • UK delivery: We use Royal Mail to offer 24-48 Hour tracked delivery.

  • International delivery: We use DHL or FedEx to offer fast, fully tracked shipping within 3-7 day delivery frames to most countries.

  • Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Tracking: You will be notified by email or phone once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

  • Customs fees: Depending on which country you are from, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country.  It is the customer's duty to research this before confirming a purchase, as any charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the customer. There will be no refunds issued because of customs disputes.
